I love to cook, so finally I was able to make some recipe videos, and will be posting more authentic Thai recipes over on EatingThaiFood.com.
Here’s a my recipe, for Thai basil chicken, which includes both written instructions and a video.

absolutely delicious ! I’ve made it a couple of times, and also once replaced the chicken by peeled shrimps (nedds less cooking time). Important not to overcook the basil to keep its great flavour ! Congratulations and thx for this great site, recipes and videos and Mazel Tov for the newly weds !!
