While in Jaipur, I was excited to try local Rajasthani food.
In this video I sample a Rajasthani thali that includes one of the main stapes, dal baati, which are hard wheat balls that are crumbled and then served with a variety of Rajasthan style curries and dals.
It was a delicious meal!

Hi Mark, last week i went to Jaipur. There are number of food joint which are very famous but the 2 which i love the most is choki dhani and sindhi camp bus stand market have that dal bhati thali. This video refresh my memories to jaipur. Thank Buddy.
