There are a lot of things I absolutely love to eat, one of them is Southern Thai style Kaeng Som Soup (แกงส้มใต้).

The soup is a fiery concoction of garlic, chillies and turmeric blended and boiled with fish and this case pineapple. It’s a flavor that’s pungent and absolutely amazing!

      Shoot guy, thanks for watching. Gaeng som just has to be on the list as one of the best dishes in the entire world. It’s like medicine, it just always makes you feel better. When you get back man, we’re going to drink gaeng som like it’s water!

    30 chillies, anybody in the radius of 10 feet from the kitchen will surely be tearing when the soup is on the stove. Good simple recipe but I will go easy on the chillies on my attempt at this. Thanks.
