Location: Hong Kong
Before my eyes ever made contact, my nose had already directed me to this roasted pork stall while eating through the streets of Hong Kong. Between the bookends of succulent ribs (that were formerly filled with pig innards), opened a window glimpse of life in Hong Kong!

I love that aroma! (But I prefer not to think about the innards.)

Roasting pork (or any kind of meat) smells so good! I won’t force you to eat the innards!

Mmmmm, I can almost smell that now. We’re craving pork at the moment (not a lot of it about in Turkey) and we were talking about it last night, too. Those ribs just look sooo good. Great photo, too. 🙂
